So far, AS has been found be associated with various biology, including proliferation invasion, resistance apoptosis, sensitivity different chemotherapeutic drugs. article will review abnormal colorectal cancer (CRC), especially tumor-associated variants arising from AS, aiming offer insight into CRC-targeted therapy.
